Job Description

Gabriele & Company, recruiters for manufacturing and supply chain professionals, is working with an area manufacturer of highly engineered, critical components found in Cloud, Industrial, eMobility, and Medical device products. The in-house team of engineers, designers, fabricators, and service engineers, allows new products to address customer needs faster than the competition.


Recent expansion requires the addition of a new Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to work on project teams to bring new products from early concept through production. You will work on project teams to win new business, develop new products and review engineering drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide mentorship to other designers and engineers
  • New product manufacturing process development (tooling, work instructions, etc.)
  • Customer spec review and new product design; design documentation
  • Process failure analyses to determine root cause; preventative and corrective measures
  • Lead R&D projects; research and develop more effective methods and equipment
  • Lead design and development of machining, welding, brazing and other fixtures
  • Inspection data analysis

You need:

  • Machining, brazing, tooling or welding
  • PLM, MRP, SolidWorks; ASME, Six Sigma
  • 10+ years of experience in NPI, design and manufacturing
  • BS Mechanical Engineering
