Convera has embarked on a major business transformation journey to reimagine the customer experience in Financial Services and Salesforce will play a critical role in building the new Business Enablement Platform across global business functions. As the Senior Manager of SFDC/GTM Systems on the Product & Technology (P&T) team, you will be responsible for delivering and owning a new SFDC/GTM tech stack, data flows and integrations to critical systems, and the enterprise roadmap for SFDC partnering with GTM, Operations, and Engineering. We are looking for a hands-on strategic thinker who will build a team to execute a high visibility business transformation program using agile best practices.

You will be responsible for:
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and appexchange products, driving consensus on platform/app selection that is fit for purpose for business needs
- Partner with GTM and other leaders to define the systems architecture strategy to support rapid growth and scaling of our GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations
- Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Define mechanisms for prioritizing backlog capabilities with stakeholders, and resolving technical conflicts and dependencies
- Design and build the business systems & processes to help refine their day-to-day workflows and make the experience for end users seamless
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing team members to own the new Business Enablement Platform being built on SFDC
- Own and operate a world-class tech stack to support our GTM teams while putting in place appropriate controls to reduce tech debt and vendor lock-in
- Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to meet security and compliance requirements across all systems
- Manage vendor relationships and budget
- Product owner mentality with focus on usability and design
- Understand our go-to-market team’s needs
- Ability to work cross functionally across Product & Technology, GTM, and Operations to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders and lead major change efforts requiring cross functional leadership collaboration and conflict
- Use your deep expertise integrating Salesforce with data warehouses including S3/AWS, Snowflake, Mulesoft and in-house tools to create a scalable data model for the GTM team, ensuring the accuracy of data and reducing data silos and fragmentation, partnering with the Instrumentation (BI) and Data team
- Oversee data quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability across GTM platforms.
- Ensure proper documentation (i.e. architecture diagrams) of process flows between systems is maintained and implement/maintain connections between Salesforce and other business systems
- Able to see the big picture while also being hands-on and in the details
- Drive towards alignment on priorities, set deliverable expectations, and keep strong communication to your peers and stakeholders
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions
- Experience in leading agile transformation and related ceremonies (i.e. sprint grooming, PI planning, scrum of scrums, etc.) across multiple workstreams
- Experience with large scale transformation/modernization programs
- Experience with GTM platforms such as Pardot, Gainsight, Gong, Altify, Conga, and DocuSign
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Experienced leading implementations of Salesforce and other GTM tools in a global organization
- Collaborative working style to be able to partner with technology and business stakeholders across the organization and influence technology decisions
- Experience with Salesforce.com and integrations to that platform
- Ability to understand and drive internal and external team members on delivery and execution of complex projects
- Experience in working across a geographically disbursed / remote organization
- Strong oral and written communications with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Experience with complex data migration programs
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with IT service management tools (ex: ServiceNow) and incident response (ex: PagerDuty)
- Strong presentational skills including the ability to present technical topics to senior leadership
- Experience leading multiple workstreams including experience managing team efforts, processes, and technologies throughout the project lifecycle
- Vendor management and negotiation
- A strong track record of executing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
