About The Role
The Sr Financial Analyst will be responsible for accounting activities associated with maintaining financial information including generating reports and ad hoc finance projects. In addition, assist with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control. Leads special projects and other assigned initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Evaluates and analyzes a broad range of financial results and indicators such as capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, and financial documents.
Compiles budgetary and fiscal data received from assigned departments to prepare revenue balance statements and historical comparisons of departmental expenditures with requested appropriations.
Completes financial analysis of records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
Conducts special studies as assigned to support senior management. Develops presentations of findings and results.
Recommend management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Interprets budgets to management.
Prepares reports analyzing specific aspects of department structures, functions and operational procedures and recommends ways to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness.
What You’ll Need
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles.
  • 4+ years of years related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business related field.
  • Previous knowledge of real estate service industry and terminology if preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team.
  • Knowledge in JDE, PeopleSoft financials or/and Adaptive planning is highly preferred.

  • CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Finance Analyst position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is$105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
