Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities
  • Identify trends and recommends improvements accordingly
  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance
  • Thoroughly explain key variances from budget, forecast and prior year to leadership team
  • Oversee capital planning, capital forecasting and business case development for key investments
  • Provide interpretation of and apply financial policies, economic theory and accounting principles
  • Prepare financial models in support of associate compensation reviews, partner summary statistics and lateral hiring and presents analyses to leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • Firm understanding of financial concepts related to financial statements, and basic accounting principles
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders to deliver results and influence decisions through analysis, modeling, and effective communication
  • Results-driven and highly motivated with the ability to strike the right balance between detail-focused and grasping the big picture
  • 4+ years of finance experience
