Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to support our Global Services Business Unit Finance. This position may be seated in J&J Corporate offices in Tampa, FL; New Brunswick, New Jersey. Additionally, the position will incorporate the J&J Flex Hybrid Work Model.

Key Responsibilities

The Global Services Business Unit Finance SFA will support overall FP&A activities for the NAM / Global Consolidation FP&A team. In this role, you will support the following activities:

• Establish organizations annual business plan & partner with business leaders to develop strategy to achieve annual business targets
• Lead update of annual business plan, June Update (JU), November Update (NU) across Global Services organization(s) and communicate key plan updates to Finance & Business Partner leadership
• Support ad-hoc projects for continuous process improvements
• Control & analyze operating cost; communicate key budget vs. actuals variance drivers to business partners & finance leadership; collaborate with business partners to provide assessment of risk & opportunity to organizational spend
• Drive standardization and streamlined planning & reporting templates, support automation initiatives

The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver with regard to performance by utilizing performance metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo by setting aggressive performance targets, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility.

• Knowledge of data analytics software (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau) is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required
• This position can be located in Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ
• Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record and intellectual curiosity is required
• Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A minimum three (3) years finance or related business experience is required
• May require up to 10% travel
• Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills are required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
• MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred
• SAP and TM1 experience is preferred
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting

The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
