Who are we?
Armoire was born out of MIT’s prestigious accelerator program in 2016. Our team of 50 is a close-knit group of marketers, engineers, designers, finance whizzes, member experience specialists, merchandisers, stylists, operators, and more. Our team continues to expand and evolve as our business grows at an exponential pace! We strive to stay lean and mean, and to always have fun along the way.
Our Events and Sales teams are building a best-in-class events program and are hiring for a team that can get in on the ground level and help shape the future of Armoire events!

What’s the role?
We’re looking for a creative & customer-focused Senior Events & Partnerships Manager to help identify, plan and execute strategic events that support our customer base, drive revenue and help Armoire reach new audiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end project management of events and building partnerships to drive the event footprint.
This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground level as we build our event offering, and this position reports directly to the Head of Sales and Customer Success.The role will work closely with Armoire’s marketing, member experience and operations teams.
Who are you?
Experience in events strategy & staffing a plus
Experience in customer-facing retail experiences a plus
Creative and passionate about fashion and technology
Customer-obsessed individual
Strong time-management and self-organization skills

Responsibilities
Create and execute event project plans and strategic corporate partnerships to introduce Armoire to new sectors
Manage vendor and partner relationships for logistics, execution, and drive mutual success
Track and measure event ROI and optimize
Introduce prospective members to the joy and freedom of clothing rental with Armoire by sharing how the service works and helping them get the most out of a membership
Deliver exceptional customer support & develop lasting relationships with customers
Serve as a proud brand ambassador of Armoire, champion our core values to our customers & the team
Additional Role Details
Ideally located in Seattle metro area
Full-time preferred
Availability on evenings and weekends, a plus
