Job Summary

***This position is Telecommute.***
***Must live within 250 miles of the Richardson, Texas office to qualify.***
This position is responsible for leading business analysis, ensuring alignment and integration across functional areas in support of Medicare Performance and Delivery strategies, and ensuring consistency and efficiency of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion. Provides oversight & coordination of project teams, resources, and delegated entities to implement projects or initiatives according to dynamic and regulatory timelines. Interacts with all levels of management including senior management. Supports the implementation of audit readiness activities, supports the prioritization of transformational program activities, and tracks progress to goals.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
  • Problem resolution experience and skills.
  • PC proficiency to include MS Office products
  • 3 years of project management experience, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration or other relevant healthcare function
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience
  • Experience interpreting business and financial information
  • Detail oriented.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations.
  • Negotiations skills.
  • Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
  • Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment.

Preferred Required Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with oversight of external clients
  • Ability to drive decisions, create optionality and determine impacts of options
  • 2 years professional Microsoft Excel experience highly preferred
  • Proven strategic thinking and execution
  • Experience mitigating risk related to organizational performance
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience with emphasis on government programs regulations
