Sr. Salesforce Developer Jobs

Maganti IT Resources, LLC is seeking one professional for as full-time employment (40 hours per week) for the position of a Sr. Salesforce Developer at a competitive salary.

Design, develop, and implement Sales and Marketing modules of the Salesforce for Customer Relationship management solution. Facilitate JAD workshops to elicitate business and functional requirements. Evaluate SalesForce modules functionality against business requirements to determine the functional requirements that meet project needs. Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders in defining project scope boundaries. Prepare business case recommendations for business process reengineering and work closely with implementation team for proposed solutions in implementation. Research best practices for integration and application development (balancing configuration with customization), deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement. Document use cases including Supplementary Specification comprising both functional and nonfunctional requirement complementing with artifacts and Business Rules. Perform data migration activities and provide an effective technical documentation. Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. Investigate new technologies and techniques and research ongoing industry developments. Coordinate with client Project Manager to align project deliverable across different lines of business.

Minimum degree required for this position is bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or a related field.
