WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Planning to lead and support open-ended projects while serving as an HR data/reporting SME. With minimal guidance, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support HR business operations, planning, and development. Independently develop, test, and maintain reporting and analytics products that provide critical insights regarding our employees. Build all products in collaboration with peers to ensure scalability, integrity, and consistent data standards. This role is 100% work from home.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE: Proficiency with HR data and systems (Workday, Service Now, Cornerstone), experience in people analytics, prior analytics consulting experience, prior peer mentoring and development experience.
