Position – Spot Welder
Job Location – Port Washington, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift
Starting Pay – $18.50/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Prior experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities

• Assist in the machine setup process, as necessary
• Maintain equipment thru weekly preventative maintenance tasks and submit timely maintenance work orders
• Assist in the training of Operators, as necessary
• Accurately record labor, inventory, and job data in ERP system
• Load or unload material onto or from pallets, trays, shelves, or trucks.
• Operate Resistance Welders as well as perform manual assembly safely and effectively to meet standard rates
• Performs basic material handling duties with the use of carts and pallet jacks to move material and tooling

Qualifications

• Blueprint experience a plus
• Frequently required to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
