Job Description

We are looking for Registered Nurses seeking International Visa Sponsorship to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery, must be currently in the USA preferably in Tampa FL area and have currently passed NCLEX or within 30 days-no exceptions. You will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

  • Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
  • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
  • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
  • Assist surgeons during operations
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
  • Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
  • Provide instant medical care in emergencies
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts

Qualifications

  • (OR) TOEFLiBt Academic Score of 26 in Speaking / 89 Overall,
  • Currently in the USA-FL area
  • (OR) Exempt by CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate to be considered for a Visa Sponsorship
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification as per unit requirements (American Heart Association / preferred)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • U.S. Nursing License or pass NCLEX RN Exam (currently or within 30 days)
  • ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RESUME WITH APPLICATION
  • Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Have 2 years of hospital experience by the time of starting employment in the US (Note: you may apply with 1 year of current acute care experience in hospital with 100+ beds)
  • Successfully passed the NCLEX-RN exam in the state of Florida and/or eligible to apply for a reciprocity of license in the state of Florida
  • Practiced as an RN for a minimum of 1-2 years in an acute care facility
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in country of origin.
  • Successfully passed the IELTS Academic Score of 7 in Speaking / 6.5 Overall
