Special Projects Manager - IMMEDIATE HIRE (Hybrid/Remote Opportunity)
ABCO Maintenance, a Facility Maintenance/Construction company is looking for right hand person who can get things done, take a project and run with it, can research, come up with plans, and develop solutions.

The Special Projects Manager is a proactive thinker, working several steps ahead of management to ensure a smooth flow of information as well as a streamlined and coordinated approach.
To be successful in this role, you should be a 'thinker'/problem solver, well-organized, have great time management and leadership skills, and be able to act without guidance.
In addition, a qualified candidate must have the ability to perform the below tasks and possess the below abilities.
  • Able to influence without authority and be persuasive.
  • Investigations - research and make recommendations or find solutions on issues, possibly even things that are unfamiliar.
  • Be respectful to others, but not afraid to push to get an answer.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in continued administrative functions (10+ years)
  • At least one job with at least 5+ years at the same company
  • Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Good phone personality
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
  • Good track record of employment and job consistency
  • Tech Savvy – must successfully complete computer assessment
  • Construction/Maintenance environment a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
