What We Need
- Assigned workspace is home office set up

- Monitors markets for price changes and escalate risk and opportunities, becoming a hotel market expert
- Participate in product development by sharing feedback and user reviews
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Prepare, deliver and present all required deliverables
- In depth understanding of the needs of client’s operations as well as understanding their accommodation requirements
- Establish strong relationships with hotel and transportations vendors
- Identify savings and revenue potential in markets
- Conduct Market research, property analysis and market surveys consistent with customer requirements for Crew accommodations .
- Develop pricing comparatives and perform analysis to support supplier selections.
- Compose market intel reports for smaller cities to accompany the final report
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Aviation and Hospitality Industry
- Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach to establish partnerships/alliances
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
