Job Description
What We Need


FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Sourcing Manager within our Lodging division. This position falls under our TA Connections line of business and is located remote/virtual. The Sourcing Manager will be r esponsible for conducting market research and market surveys for airline crew. The Sourcing Manager will handle and coordinate multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task assigned. In addition, The Sourcing Manager will liaise with other departments to ensure a swift and consistent resolution. You will report directly to Joanne Liukkonen.


How We Work


As a Sourcing Manager you will be expected to work in an office environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities


The responsibilities of the role will include:


  • Monitors markets for price changes and escalate risk and opportunities, becoming a hotel market expert
  • Participate in product development by sharing feedback and user reviews
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Prepare, deliver and present all required deliverables
  • In depth understanding of the needs of client’s operations as well as understanding their accommodation requirements
  • Establish strong relationships with hotel and transportations vendors
  • Identify savings and revenue potential in markets
  • Conduct Market research, property analysis and market surveys consistent with customer requirements for Crew accommodations .
  • Develop pricing comparatives and perform analysis to support supplier selections.
  • Compose market intel reports for smaller cities to accompany the final report

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Aviation and Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach to establish partnerships/alliances
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
