Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Sourcing Analyst to join our team. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending potential suppliers to ensure the highest quality products and services at the best possible price. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Sourcing systems such as Ariba and Jaggaer and ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sourcing activities, including savings achieved and supplier performance
• Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes, including supplier visits, reference checks, and supplier audits
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers for various products and services.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Support negotiation of contracts and development of RFx's (RFI’s and RFP)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Continuously improve sourcing processes and procedures to drive cost savings and increase efficiency
• Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
• Create presentations that summarize the results of the RFx process and the sourcing strategy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions
• Project management, communication with stakeholders, establishing timelines with stakeholders and vendors, ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
