Sonographer - Echo/Vascular

JOB SUMMARY

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

- Associate degree in Science or Allied Health Field required (Nursing, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiovascular Technologist, etc.)- required

• Must be:

a. Registered Cardiac Diagnostic Sonographer (RCDS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or
b. Or be a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI);

• If not already trained in vascular scans, must be agreeable to cross train and take on of the following vascular registry within 2 years of employment.

a. Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS),
b. Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).

Certification & Licensures:

Experience:

- One year working experience - preferred.
