Job Description

EarlyDiagnostics Inc. (EarlyDx https://earlydx.com/) is seeking a talented and highly motivated Software Engineer or Scientist to develop a liquid biopsy bioinformatics platform. The primary focus of this position is to extend our existing liquid biopsy multi-omics systems into the cloud. A successful candidate will collaborate with Computational Biology Scientists to design and implement the cloud platform.


This position can be a part-time position and relocation may not be needed.


Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Proficiency with web application development
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or similar and 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with cloud-related concepts such as deployment via AWS cloud and containerization.
  • AWS certification at an associate level is a plus.
  • Have a focus on high-quality code, including automated testing and coding best practices.
  • Proficiency with at least one common programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Full-stack software developer (backend+frontend).
