Job Description

Relocation: Should be open to relocating Nationwide

3+ years of experience


Visa Preferred: Green Card Holder & US Citizen


The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities

  • Design highly scalable, testable code
  • Discover and fix programming bugs
  • Analyze and maintain existing software applications
  • Develop quality software and web applications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • SQL database or relational database skills
  • Development experience with programming languages


Required skills

  • Ability to understand and interact with complex DoD software systems
  • Familiarity with the software development process (requirements through deployment)
  • Ability to model/code/test algorithms in C++, Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Proficiency with version control software like Git or SVN and version control workflows that support the development of complex software projects
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with computer networking and various networking protocols
  • Ability to design, develop, and analyze complex software systems
  • Ability to perform many concurrent assignments and determine the need for changing priorities
