What You'll Do

• Flexibility in performing duties outside of normal work hours as needed to address critical business requirements
• Make and/or assist in changing architectural design decisions with scalability, organization, security, and performance optimization in mind
• Write clean, scalable, and high-quality code using standard software design patterns and best practices
• Work with multiple departments/divisions to collaborate with other developers to meet project needs
• Positive attitude and energy are highly important and reinforced
• Experience implementing monitoring and logging services
• Participate in all phases of software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, debugging, regression testing, troubleshooting, and providing support for scalable enterprise solutions

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of work experience building production systems
• Lambdas

• Invested in on-going learning and improving technical expertise
• Consulting experience, focused on implementing containers and serverless technologies preferred
• PostgreSQL

• Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment with distributed teams
• ECS Fargate – Nice to have
• AWS
• Containers
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations preferred
• Knowledge of writing and understanding queries in SQL, Postgres and stored procedures

• Familiarity in Financial and Insurance industry preferred

• 2+ years of working in AWS Cloud

Salary Range: $67,000 - $118,200

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
