Key Qualifications

Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience

Advanced programming skills in C, C++, Objective-C, Swift, Golang or similar

Ability to independently learn new technologies

Strong ability to write performant and correct multi-threaded code

Shown ability to think critically, learn new technologies, cut through ambiguity, and deliver results

Strong collaboration, leadership, and time management skills

Ability to express ideas clearly within the team and across departments

Inquisitive and highly-motivated self-starter

Embedded system development experience is a plus

Description

DESCRIPTION
As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications and frameworks

- Participating in architecture and code reviews

- Helping to prioritize features and bug fixes

- Working collaboratively with multi-functional teams at Apple, leading in the pursuit and delivery of the best possible product

Education & Experience

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience developing apps or building frameworks will be considered

Additional Requirements

Significant experience developing consumer applications or application frameworks

Experience developing iOS or macOS application or frameworks is plus

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
