A career in Social Work with NewYork-Presbyterian’s Ambulatory Care Network (ACN) is dynamic and often unpredictable in bringing new challenges every day. With locations throughout Washington Heights, the ACN is composed of 14 primary care and 7 school-based practices and over 50 sub-specialties, including Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Nutrition, and HIV services.

Within the ACN, NYP launched the Maternal and Child Integrated Mental Health Program (MAC-IMP) to bring together the three key departments treating women and children — Pediatrics, Psychiatry (behavioral health), and Obstetrics — forming an interdisciplinary team and providing a coordinated, dyadic, two-generational approach.

You will meet clients in person and through telehealth.

This is a Monday-Friday position.

Preferred Criteria:

• Experience in an inpatient/outpatient or community environmentExperience working in a fast-paced environment
• Perinatal social work/maternal mental health experience
• Fluency in Spanish

• Required Criteria:

• If a new graduate Social Worker, Limited Permit (must supply exam date prior to start of employment)
• NYS LMSW
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• If a new graduate Social Worker, must have Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) by the State of New York within 1 year of hire
