Responsibilities:
- Create captivating and visually appealing Instagram posts that reflect the salon's brand identity and showcase our work, products, and services.
- Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our hairstyling and beauty work to be used across various social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Regularly monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media platforms to foster positive customer relationships.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, techniques, and platform updates to ensure we're at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in managing and updating the salon's website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for our clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and their best practices.
- Strong photography and video editing skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with website management Wix is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in the beauty industry is preferred.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for students or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management within the beauty industry. Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
