A leading eCommerce company specializing in bridal and special occasion accessories looking for a Full Time eCommerce Operations Coordinator. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services to our customers while maintaining a strong online presence. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

As an eCommerce Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functions of our online operations. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our eCommerce platform, including order management, packaging, inventory control, and customer service. You will also focus on social media marketing and devising marketing strategies for posting and product launches. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting photoshoot projects and ensure photos and content are delivered to all sales channels. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our online business.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, update, and maintain optimal inventory and supplies levels.
• Plan/coordinate exciting styled shoots, photoshoots, trunk shows and others
• Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phone to resolve inquiries, provide product recommendations, and offer styling advice.
• Manage and monitor daily eCommerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings on our eCommerce platform, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Stay informed about the latest bridal fashion trends and incorporate them into product selection and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Own transportation and willing to drive to events.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with social media apps such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
• Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.
• Must be very personable, enjoys working with others, has positive energy and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Minimum Education- Associate Degree or higher.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, and experience with order management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in eCommerce operations, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred. (English/Spanish).
