*** This is a hybrid work environment, requiring at least 3 days/week in office.
As the Social Media Manager – Benefits and Sponsorships, you will find innovative, social-first ways to showcase the unique benefits that T-Mobile gives to our customers. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Social Sponsorships team, the broader Social team, and other key partners inside and outside T-Mobile: Sponsorships, Media, PR, Influencer Relations, and our internal and external creative agency partners.
With the support of your team, you will be responsible for bringing campaigns from concept to execution and awareness to conversion, as well as documenting and socializing your learnings. You should have a pulse on what’s trending on social – plus the creative chops to make it happen. Most of your campaigns will focus on T-Mobile benefits, but you’ll have the opportunity to dip your toes into the worlds of sports and entertainment as well. It will be up to you to ensure that the social support of these campaigns serves aligns to our strategy and reinforces our brand benefits, values, and ethos.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present social programming and provide social POVs to groups across the organization.
  • Coordinate with social demand gen team and media partners to develop successful paid social campaigns, advising on retargeting and optimization opportunities when needed.
  • Participate in on-site and virtual productions and oversee creative development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a pulse on entertainment, sports, and general social trends and proactively identify emerging, impactful opportunities with new and existing partners.
  • Act as the connective tissue between other social media teams, ensuring a united social approach to every campaign.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, agency and external partners, and talent to plan and execute coordinated campaigns of varying scope and scale.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Create social media content in support of campaigns that aligns with T-Mobile’s social strategy.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
  • Partner with the analytics team to support ongoing optimization of our campaigns through performance analysis, understanding trends, and identifying opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of social platforms, social strategy, paid social, social analytics, and influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally within the organization and with external partners
  • 3-5+ years' experience in social media and sponsorships, especially with high-profile talent
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management including creative and media
  • Extremely creative with demonstrated success in social content creation in-line with T-Mobile’s social media channels (especially TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter)
  • Proactive, organized, and dedicated—a major collaborator who never lets the ball drop
  • Able to quickly pivot creative and strategy and maintain a positive attitude
  • Hispanic marketing experience and/or Spanish language fluency a bonus!
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including social media fluency
  • Comfort presenting out campaigns and learnings to senior leadership and cross-org teams

Washington Pay Range : $90,700.00 - $122,700.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
