Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Social Media Coordinator manages projects, maintains organization, and handles administrative tasks to deliver effective communication and timely social media content. They analyze data, monitor performance, generate reports, and execute monthly planned strategies to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights to the social team.


Functional Accountabilities:

  • Manage projects, track progress, and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Maintain an organized calendar and task management system for efficient execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of boosted posts, ensuring proper implementation and tracking of key metrics.
  • Execute community management and engagement strategies, upholding the client's voice and fostering meaningful interactions with the target audience.
  • Upload and schedule social media posts at peak audience activity times. Monitor daily performance, analyze engagement metrics, create competitor analysis, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Handle estimates, scheduling, and transparent communication with clients. Maintain client-shared folders for easy collaboration.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, presenting key metrics, trends, and insights to clients.

  • Proficient in executing community management and engagement strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills for transparent collaboration with team members and clients
  • Proficiency in monitoring analytics and optimizing performance


  1. Must reside in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. This role can be a hybrid in-office / work-from-home position.
  2. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience and demonstrated skills will be given significant consideration.
  3. Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience managing social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) for businesses or clients. Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, engagement, and analytics. Agency experience preferred.
