A passionate advocate for the educator community, this role will be the ‘voice’ of the LEGO Education brand, interacting with the robust online community of educators speaking about LEGO Education, learning through play and more. The Community Engagement Associate Manager will be responsible for implementing social media and communications campaigns that align with marketing strategies and inspire customers to become brand advocates. This role will speak the educator language, be up to date on the latest news and trends in EdTech/education and dialed into to the latest in social listening and analytical tools.

Core Responsibilities
Through social media posting tools, manage the daily postings of LEGO Education content to all social channels. Respond to online comments and queries in a timely manner. Monitor and report on feedback and online discussions about LEGO Education. Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
Responsible for LEGO Education Brand Ambassador program, a dedicated cohort of 100+ US educators that advocate for brand through social, in-person events and online community. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry KOLs and influencers.
In collaboration with digital marketing team, provide recommendations for engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts. Be aware of and provide point of view on events to build community and boost brand awareness.

  • Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner
  • Knowledge of platform management tools such as Khoros, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar that manage online postings
  • Knowledge of social media trends and techniques
  • Proficient in Google Analytics or similar
  • Be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately, orally and in writing
  • 4+ years’ experience managing social media platforms
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
