We are looking for a passionate expert to help us enable data-driven decision-making that maximizes the benefits of our social impact programming for partners, our business, and the communities where we live and work.
As a social impact measurement & evaluation lead, you will…
  • Project manage research programs: Statistical analysis activities focused on improving understanding of the drivers of outcomes and impacts for retail stores.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic field and team: Anticipate needs and adapt to change. Excited to support special projects and new initiatives that support our overall social impact ambitions.
  • Manage strategic relationships related to social impact measurement and evaluation: Engage Partner experience innovation teams, partner data and analytics teams and others to evaluate potential sources of partner engagement and affinity data and to establish correlations with impact programs. Facilitate external connections to learn from best practices in impact measurement and relevant research.
  • Deliver social impact measurement and partner engagement subject matter expertise: Act as part of the expert team guiding the development of methodology that effectively connects program activities to meaningful outcomes and expected impacts. Identify and drive opportunities for better engagement and alignment with store operations and evaluations.
  • Analyze potential to expand impact accounting to relevant community population groups and beyond.
  • Lead implementation of social impact metrics in program development and retail strategy
  • Maintain strong partnerships with social impact leaders: Providing strategic direction on Social Impact Stores, Outreach Workers, Community Champions and related programs.
We’d Love To Hear From People With
  • Superb communications skills, both orally and in writing for various audiences
  • Strong analytical and program management skills; ability to research and synthesize various sources of information to develop a cohesive point of view
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred; additional advanced degrees valued
  • Demonstrated results working on wide-ranging partnerships with internal teams, NGOs, government, other companies, and more
  • 5+ years leading relevant programs and projects in areas such as retail store operations improvement, partner engagement, social impact or community development
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, handle competing priorities; influence others to deliver performance
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate across functions and geographies to solve complex problems
