About The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Social & Digital Media Strategist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and solutions for our clients. Your work will involve close collaboration with a project team consisting of graphic designers, media specialists, as well as account and project managers to ensure flawless execution.
The Social & Digital Media Strategist is a hands-on role that requires an expert-level grasp of social and digital media strategy. You will be the driving force behind client-facing interactions, including intake meetings, check-in calls, presentations, and coordination with various teams and leadership at our organization. This role might also entail working beyond standard business hours to provide support during events like conferences, special occasions, or breaking news coverage.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Develop tailored digital solutions and campaigns aligned with each client's unique goals, target audiences, and brand specifications.
Demonstrate expertise across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other prominent social media channels.
Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow social media specialists as required.
Lead client meetings, including intake sessions, regular updates, and results presentations.
Uphold the highest level of quality and ensure adherence to service level commitments.
Translate the success of social media initiatives into insightful analytics and metric reports, suggesting improvements as needed.
Equip clients with training, ongoing coaching, and documentation to empower them to effectively manage their own social media presence.
Offer channel and messaging recommendations based on analytics and audience demographics.
Offer a forward-looking perspective on the future of social and digital media, especially as it pertains to our clients.
Utilize social media tools including Salesforce Social Studio, Google Data Studio, TweetDeck, and Sprout Social (or equivalent platforms).
Collaborate with the Creative and other agency teams to ensure content resonates with online audiences.
Assist in implementing defined social media strategies to enhance web traffic, drive call-to-action initiatives, execute awareness campaigns, nurture relationships, and more.
Reporting directly to our Senior Social & Digital Media Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' digital success.
Skills & Requirements
2-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing. Exposure to the healthcare and public health sector is advantageous.
Background in agency or client services preferred.
Demonstrated success in leveraging social media for advocacy and business objectives.
Proficiency in best practices for various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram. Certification is a plus.
Proven ability to navigate social media tools, analyze data, and effectively communicate insights to clients.
Track record of devising customized social media strategies that yield tangible outcomes.
A proactive self-starter with leadership qualities and a commitment to mentoring a team.
Exceptional multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
Effective time-management capabilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills encompassing verbal, written, and presentation proficiencies.
Willingness to travel or accommodate non-standard working hours, as needed.
