Slot Technician Supervisor Jobs

Play a critical role In building a team of solid, dedicated slot technicians, whose purpose is to maintain our slot product to ensure incremental coin in and to maximize profitability.
Extensive technical ability and knowledge of slot machine and validator design and circuitry.
Ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to assimilate new information rapidly.
Ability to delegate and train staff members.
Write timely and accurate performance reviews.
Essential Job Functions
Supervise shift of technicians.
Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with other departments.
Train technicians in machine repairs, tracking system and bill acceptor repair.
Trouble shoot circuit boards in gaming equipment to the component level.
Help with machine moves as needed. Organize, motivate, lead team during projects.
Enforce all company policies and procedures.
Give feedback and solutions to problems and potential problems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
