- Influence across the organization to ensure best practices in the definition and measurement of skills across the talent lifecycle
- Shape and lead a strategy for skills-based talent management to be used across talent management
- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field, PhD preferred
- Conduct research to analyze the effectiveness of current skills strategy initiatives to present internally and externally
- Experiment with, and conduct evaluations of, the use of skills in talent management to build organization capabilities, a culture of inclusion, and a purposeful career growth
- Expertise the people measurement, compliance, privacy, and global regulations
- Analytic skill, the ability to derive insights and storytell with data
- 8 years work experience in the Skill, Competency, Assessment and/or Talent Management space
- Experience with competency models and skills strategies
- Strong business approach and experience in navigating complex, broad global business structures
- Given this is a global role, some travel may be needed
