TransWest is looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team in Renton!
The TransWest Site Coordinator provides excellent customer service and creates a welcoming and safe environment by greeting clients, communicating transportation information, and being a on-site point of contact for internal and external clients. They’re also responsible for tracking relevant parking and ridership data. When needed, they provide security to off-site lots and complete incident reports.
This role is based in Renton. The schedule for this role will be:
Monday- Friday: 4am to 8am and 1pm to 5pm (Split shift)
All candidates must be able to pass a full criminal background check and drug test.
We are currently offering a $500 sign on bonus!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Be the face of TransWest on client’s campus, while being the subject matter expert on all services TransWest supplies to the client
Provides excellent customer service at all times; greet customers professionally; offers assistance with boarding or de-boarding as appropriate, in accordance with operations policies
Maintains supplies such as copies of schedules & PPEs
Maintains knowledge of transportation operations and be able to communicate that knowledge effectively to riders/clients and the TransWest team.
Utilize TransWest technology to track vehicles on route, and update relevant parties on any service delays, or issues.
Report all environmental safety hazards, unusual incidents, suspicious circumstances, and accidents; report all incidents; complete incident reports as necessary; participate in accident or incident reviews as requested. Document all accidents/incidents verbally and/or in writing or e-mail as directed by Manager. By following Company policy, supports and does their part to provide a safe environment for TransWest team members and clients
KEY POSITION COMPETENCIES:
Directs clients with all routing questions and concerns
Works effectively and efficiently with other team members
Tracks all buses using Tripshot
Must be proficient or have the ability to become proficient with PayCom and Tripshot
Provides light cleaning and lot organization
Provide excellent customer service in every interaction
Always keeps a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
Observes company & client security protocols
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift
Must be prepared for all weather conditions
Must have reliable transportation to work
Must be able to bend, twist, crouch and reach
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Must be able to communicate clearly in English
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
Must be able to obtain a client security badge by passing a third party background check
Maintains strict company, client and program confidentiality
