Executive Productions leads the production strategy and execution of executive communications through live and prerecorded shows, videos, webcasts and events- internally and externally. The Producer will be a key member of the show management team – a full-service team of video producers, driving best in class productions of our Executive shows, primarily supporting our CEO and executive leadership team.
Primary responsibility includes the planning, coordination and execution of all broadcasted shows and streaming events such as: Off-Site Conferences, Live Webcasts, Large Events and Live and Virtual Event recordings. This role supports the delivery of strategic leadership communications to employees, media, analysts, investors, and industry audiences.
With over 1200 events produced annually, this role requires a strong collaborative and process mindset to serve as the primary customer point of contact; initiate coordination of project details, make recommendations and plan show flow; organize support crew; consolidate presentation materials; prep presenters; coordinate post-production. As a part of Executive Event Productions, this role is mission critical to fulfilling and championing our organization’s brand by creating a consistent end to end engagement process and VIP experience for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Executive Comms and key Exec spokespeople and their support team members by producing show experiences that enables delivery of key messages, bringing their vision to life, for impactful internal and external Executive experiences
- Be the Core Voice of assigned projects, interfacing with all executives and other creative leaders (brand, events, other) to set direction, content goals
- Demonstrate strong people skills and capabilities for growth
- Role model best behaviors for Executive Productions to excel in GCG and across Intel
- Work in lock step with show management teammates, bringing critical ideation and feedback to the overall Exec Production’s Team – working closely with Production Operations, Technical Engineering, and Creative Department
- Drive Show vision, content direction, development, and delivery
- Insure smooth processes and communications across the teams and with key stakeholders and collaborators
- Manage production details including project discovery, pre-production, production and final delivery. Interface with stakeholders and executives to provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Strong collaboration across the team, contractors, and agencies in a fast-paced production environment across multiple locations.
- Ensure project management using Wrike tools are fully adopted and integrated in day to day practice.
- Align, assemble, and delegate key roles for projects – video, webcast, broadcast producers
- Champion a collaborative left to right production approach, across the Global Comms and Global Marketing organizations, applying expert production sensibilities and driving trusted recommendations for our Executive experiences across all audiences.

- As with all Global Comms employees you will be a champion of the corporate narrative and the Intel Brand and are expected to know and apply it as well as promote its use with your stakeholders.
- Work with team to execute projects efficiently meeting all quality and budget requirements.
- Lead team ownership of key cross team initiatives
- Work with team leaders to develop our short- and long-term growth and investment roadmap
- Develop, refine, document strong workflows across assigned projects for intake, budget, crewing, and cross team R&R on large in person shows.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Detailed knowledge of modern digital production and streaming equipment and software processes.
- Ability to setup/install av/production/video equipment on location as needed.
- Responsive multitasker, able to juggle many programs in different phases simultaneously.
- Travel required, approximately 25-30%.... varies based on roadmap.
- Strong communication skills to influence, advise and work effectively with senior management, executives and peers in a corporate environment.
- Passionate about storytelling and crafting a vision that resonates with target audiences through production.
- Ability to lead and inspire a fellow team of producers, creative and technical professionals to decipher needs, find creative solutions and execute projects under demanding timelines.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing, Communications, Event/Hospitality, Broadcast Engineering or a related field.
- 2 + years of advanced team, program or studio management, with operations/metrics experience of dynamic, complex, technical projects.
- 6 + years production experience in a broadcast, video or corporate production environments.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $118,860.00-$196,720.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
