Rapidly growing skincare/ facial treatment manufacturer is seeking a Shipping & Receiving for their Burbank, CA location

Salary $75,000 - $100,000 per year


Responsibilities


A bit about us


  • Assists with coordinating shipments.
  • Compiles and maintains database of Packing, Shipping, and Receiving documents.
  • Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and Safety Procedures
  • Verifies and keeps records of outgoing shipments.
  • Uses UPS World Ship.
  • Arranges logistics for shipment of products and components.
  • Communicates with Customer Care about any changes or issues of Domestic, Car Stock and International orders.
  • Familiar with UPS labeling system.
  • Prioritizes task to ensure timely shipment of orders.
  • Manages Packing, Shipping, and Receiving departments.
  • Assures that all employees are working in a safe manner following Standard Operating Procedures. (SOP’s)

Qualifications


  • 4 years of shipping & receiving experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of duties and taxes as they pertain to international logistics would be helpful – and especially experience with working with Amazon Germany.
  • Prior supervisory experience and experience with shipping & receiving.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Amazon domestic and International, E-commerce Domestic and shipping international to 80 countries
  • Professional and courteous interpersonal skills when interacting with vendors, customers and staff.
  • Computer Skills GP, Excel, Sales Pad
