Position Summary

This role is key to ensuring the shipments for despatch are prepared efficiently and delivered to our customers worldwide in the most economical means possible.

The Opportunity

This role is key to ensuring the shipments for despatch are prepared efficiently and delivered to our customers worldwide in the most economical means possible. In this role you will take full ownership of despatch shipments and ensure all parties are fully informed, enter accurate data to prepare consignments for shipment and prepare and distribute invoices. Reponsibilites include:

  • Create UPS, FedEx, and DHL small shipments using the carrier websites
  • Monthly inventory of parcel boxes
  • Label all boxes for small parcel’s
  • Assist Shipping Lead with tasks as assigned
  • Create commercial invoices & SLI’s (Shipper letter of instructions)

Experience Requirements

  • Has experience of goods in and goods out
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Has experience of preparing shipments for worldwide despatch
  • Has experience of dealing with external agencies
  • Expereince using computer systems

The Successful Candidate

  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail with proficiencies in Microsoft Office
  • Is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
