Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe and accurate loading of orders.
  • Verify accuracy of orders received.
  • At all times maintain clean and orderly workspace.
  • Prepare BOLs and check items against to be shipped.
  • Schedule drivers to make customer deliveries.
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Prepare labels and apply to shipments.
  • Work with existing personnel to enter orders.
    • Schedule drivers to make customer deliveries.
    • Prepare BOLs and check items against to be shipped.
    • Enter quantities into order entry system to create packing lists and BOLs.
    • Stage orders to load trucks at later time.
    • Prepare labels and apply to shipments.
    • Ensure safe and accurate loading of orders.

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Knowledge and Skills
Good communication skills
  • At least three years Customer Service and/or Shipping experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders.
  • -both written and oral.
  • Above average computer skills, prior experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook and quality database(s) required.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with employees from different backgrounds, both from the management and production team.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Attention to details required.
