Compensation for this role is $65k+ based on skills and experience.

This role is 100% on-site and based out of our Quality Bolt facility located in Brecksville, OH.

Hours are generally 7AM-4PM.

Required Experience:

• Experience working with suppliers of die tools, drilling, turning, plating, heat treating, nylon inserts and grinding (preferred)
• At least 4 years of experience with transportation coordination and documentation, receiving and scheduling and performance metrics.
• Active communicator and ability to work with cross-departmental teams and the plant manager.
• Detail oriented, meticulous, innovative, and organized
• At least 4 years of experience and demonstrated ability to train, develop and manage a team.
• Ability to multi-task and monitor personnel with accuracy in a fast passed and interrupting environment
• At least 4 years of experience with ERP/MRP systems, shipping and receiving or supply chain related functions.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in the fastener or metal industries.
