As a Shift Leader at our Cedar Falls store located at 2202 College St, Cedar Falls IA 50613, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to Own the Night (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. • At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members
