Nature Of Work

This position serves as the main point of contact for the Facilities Management Division. Provides technical and clerical support to the Facilities Management Division. Generates all on-demand and preventive maintenance work requests using the Facilities Management’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Work is performed under the supervision of the Division Fiscal Manager and is reviewed through observation and reports while in progress and upon completion.

Minimum Requirements

High school graduate with six (6) months to one (1) year mechanical or service writing experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

(City Vehicles and Equipment)

A valid Florida CDL Class B Driver's License is required.

VALID FLORIDA CDL DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW.

• Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
• Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
