Service Manager Assistant Advisor Mazda Volvo

Royal South Mazda Volvo Service is hiring! Our Service department is looking for someone we can train to become a Professional Service Advisor. If you've been told you're personable, patient, listens well, & enjoys helping others in our community, we would like to meet you. This is an entry level position that can develop into a career for the suitable person. As our Assistant Service Advisor, you will be checking in customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, parking and retrieving vehicles, checking out customers & other related duties. We will train you on all mentioned skills and duties. If you have experience in customer communications, recommending and presenting services, big plus!! Responsibilities include:

• Working with other employees to insure our customer's best experience
• Confirm our customer's needs and expectations
• Assist our Service Manager in daily responsibilities
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Responding to inter-company communications
• Immediately welcome and appreciate our visiting customers
• Use of an ipad and or phone camera may be needed for customer's vehicles
• A professional and pleasant appearance
• Communicate clearly and completely with our customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments when needed
• Take care of our customer's vehicle when tagging & driving accordingly
• Working with other departments within our store or our other stores

• Dealertrack computer experience a plus
