Twin City CDJR is currently looking for an Express Lane Service Advisor to join their Service team!

Job Responsibilities:
- Insure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicle
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in an Express Lane Advisor role strongly preferred
- Must be able to handle a large volume of customers
- Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner
- Knowledge of auto industry is a plus
- Must have computer proficiency
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Customer Service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record with no suspensions or major violations
