YOUR DAY AS A SERVICE DISPATCHER
As a Service Dispatcher, you are the linchpin between our new clients and the Managed Services team. In this customer support role, your job is to provide exceptional customer service and make our clients feel like VIPs. Each day, you create a wonderful first impression and build long-lasting partnerships with each of our clients.
As part of your duties, you onboard our clients, and you enjoy helping them feel like they are becoming part of a family. Using your excellent phone skills, you work closely with our clients and quickly get them up to speed on our services.
Once they are established, you love that you can continue to work with them by phone or email, performing scheduling, doing billing, and ensuring that our techs keep our clients' technology running smoothly. Providing exceptional customer service is your passion, and you love ensuring happy customers and excellent managed services!
Qualifications For a Service Dispatcher
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ years of customer service experience
No technical experience is required! Our priority is customer service first, then an interest in technology. If you are a problem solver, you will excel in this role. We're also seeking a great communicator with excellent phone skills and proficiency in positive and helpful email communication. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
WORK SCHEDULE
This position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
