Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan a third-generation family-owned business located in Pawleys Island, SC is currently looking for an entry-level Full-Time Service assistant and appointment scheduler to join our team! Please apply online. This applicant must have strong communication and organizational skills. They must also be comfortable using various computer systems. You will be handling incoming and outgoing service appointment calls as well as assisting the service manager(s) with various administrative duties.
The perfect candidate would embody our Coastal Mission which is to provide everyone with the best experience they will ever have at a dealership and our 6 core values: Positivity, Integrity, Accountability, Service, Professionalism, and Growth. You will be calling service customers, and receiving incoming phone calls. making appointments, helping with service questions, and providing excellent customer service!
Pay is starting pay based on experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have previous customer service experience
Must have advanced phone skills
What you need:
Proven track record
Strong record of positive Customer Service results
Team-oriented attitude
Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
