Service Advisor Jobs

• Serves as primary point of contact. Interacting with customers in person, on the phone and via email to determine needed service or repair for light duty passenger vehicles (Hybrid and Electric Vehicles primarily).
• Schedules appointments, signs customers in, sells appropriate services, collects payment.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer interaction and satisfaction
• Ensures parts are available for scheduled jobs.

Responsibilities

• Gives directions to Automotive Mechanics, and other workers.
• *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
• Determines need for repairs through dialog with customer about vehicle's performance, or visual inspection of the vehicle.
• Prepares itemized work orders, listing costs of parts and labor.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Ensures parts are available for scheduled repairs

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or bachelors degree preferred
• Experience: 2-5 years related experience
• Automotive knowledge
• Previous sales experience desired
• Strong Customer Service focus
• Good business ethics
