Job Description

Server/Bartender Responsibility : The responsibilities of the Server/Bartender include:

· Providing quality customer service

· Greeting customer within one minute of arrival

· Know daily dinner/lunch/drink features

· Know BBL menu

· Knowledge of bar

· Suggestive sell

· Take orders efficiently

· Cash customers out accurately

· Pre-bussing table(s)

· Running side work/Shift side work
