Blue Flame manages five hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Comfort Suites North, the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location), and the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
As a Bartender at the Hilton Garden Inn, your primary functions will be to interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks, plan and present bar menu, check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol products, prepare non-alcoholic beverages, mix alcoholic beverages in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes, and to service drinks to guests. It is preferred that you have previous Bartending experience, a valid Food Safety Handler Certificate required, a valid Liquor Permit required, and the capability to make fast, sound decisions.
