Job Description

All positions require weekend availability, punctuality, and reliability. We are fast paced during our busy season, with overtime available to those who perform consistently. All positions are compensated at or above industry average, with advancement possible for those who exceed expectations. In person interviews for qualified applicants will be part of the hiring process.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Follow the proper procedures for stocking, cleaning and ensuring opening/closing duties to ensure bar readiness at all times.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
  • Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems.
  • Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and guest experience
  • Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
  • Wear a clean and neat uniform as set by Management standards
  • May be necessary to train on and perform other service related duties as deemed relevant to overall operation of the club. Duties could include inventory counts, cleaning, stocking, greeting, meetings, training, etc

General Job Requirements:
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.

Requires ability to stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time. Requires bending, stooping, reaching and ability to work in extreme temperatures. Requires normal range of hearing and vision. Requires ability to lift and move heavy objects. Requires ability to function professionally in an environment that is both physically and mentally flexible.
