THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests in their food and beverage selections within the assigned restaurant outlet. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation procedures
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the font-of-house area to comply with company standards
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you assist them with their food and beverage selections by presenting and describing menu items, suggesting courses, and explaining chef specialties all while providing an outstanding guest experience
