Banquet Server -Full-Time Jobs

The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Banquet Server -Full-Time.

The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Banquet Server within The Morris Inn. The UEE division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

This position willprovide professional service to banquet guests. Assist with the set-up of table service and tear-down service of banquet events.

Minimum Qualifications:
Display a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when greeting and providing assistance to guests of the hotel and conference center following the AAA 4 diamond guidelines and standards of the Morris Inn. Must have ability to bend, walk and be on feet for extended period of time. Must be able to be flexible and adjust to building and guest needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Degree
1 - 6 months experience
Previous banquet or serving experience preferred. Good organizational skills.
High standards of cleanliness.
Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously & efficiently with guests & co-workers. Ability to adjust to last minute changes with events and schedules smoothly
