We are looking for a friendly face to join our team as a Server Assistant to help support our Food and Beverage Team!

The Server Assistant will be responsible for providing an unmatched level of customer service, assisting with the overall Food and Beverage operation, while representing Quail West with the highest level of professionalism at all times.

• Pay rate: $12.00/hour + gratuities.
• This is a Part-Time position.

Job Duties Include:

• Empty all garbage. Heavy lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
• Serving Non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver dirty table settings to dish-washing area.
• Assume all responsibilities as delegated by the Manager and do any or all other duties that may be required to fulfill member needs and requests.
• Restocking Condiments in kitchen
• Put member names in Jonas
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined by Manager and the employee handbook.
• Oversee cleanliness of restaurant.
• Take soiled linens to laundry.
• Support servers and carry food trays
• Fill and replenish water, rolls and butter.
• Make sure stations are clear of all dirty dishes, area is mopped, and all garbage bags clean before end of shift.
• Act as an extension of the security department in protecting the assets of the club and all members by observing and reporting any questionable activity.
• Provide quality products, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere for all members.
• Maintain proper sanitation, safety procedures and cleanliness in work areas.
• Rack all dirty glasses in designated dish-washing area.
• Setting and clearing tables
• All meetings are mandatory.

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience

• No experience required but must have a great attitude; be a team player and customer service oriented.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• ServSafe certification, if available
