Stiltsville Fish Bar is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team at our upscale Key West-inspired restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive their food orders promptly, accurately, and with a smile. Responsibilities:

• Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.
• Responding to guests' requests and informing management of any complaints.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Serving complimentary snacks to guests once they are seated.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED. (Preferred)
• Preparing tables for arriving guests by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Proven experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
