Job Description

Senior Technology Business Analysis needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to provide critical data points that communicate key insights into the SAFe and Agile operations of SPT teams to increase velocity, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement. Manage the requirements and user story process for the SPT data analytics dashboards by acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to align business needs with technical architecture and end-solutions. Drive the adoption of dashboards, define performance measures, and simplify and automate manual reporting. Analyze and validate requirements that result in new dashboards or enhancements to existing Power BI dashboards and KPIs. Understand business needs and translate them requirements to create solutions. Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity to enable new capabilities. Manage and coordinate multiple deliverables across multiple teams. Champion change in a complex environment to consistently improve quality, speed, productivity, maturity, and cost. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define KPIs and metrics. Develop prototypes and solutions for new capabilities and dashboards. Review final technical designs and solutions and coordinate user acceptance testing. Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications. Write technical documentation including architecture diagrams and flow charts. Work within Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments. Utilize Tableau and Power BI. Apply knowledge of scaled Agile methodologies and nomenclature.


REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Computer Information Systems and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience in a related occupation driving the adoption of dashboards, defining performance measures, and simplifying and automating manual reporting; analyzing and validating requirements that result in new dashboards or enhancements to existing Power BI dashboards and KPIs; writing technical documentation including architecture diagrams and flow charts; working within Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments; utilizing Tableau and Power BI; and applying knowledge of scaled Agile methodologies and nomenclature.
